The situation
Every open role meant going through a stack of profiles and CVs by hand and comparing each one against the job requirements. It was slow, and good candidates could get missed simply because a recruiter was tired by the fortieth CV of the day.
What I did
- Built an automation that reads candidate profiles, CVs and job requirements.
- Used natural language processing to understand skills and experience beyond simple keyword matching.
- Automatically paired the strongest candidates with each open role, so recruiters start from a shortlist instead of a pile.
